Ingredients:
- 2 Tb butter
- 1medium onion chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbs chili powder
- 2 Tbs catsup
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- water
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in butter breaking up with fork as it cooks. Drain excess fat, and add chopped onion. Cook until onion is clarified.
- Add remaining ingredients, adding a little water to keep sauce moist while cooking. Cook over medium heat 20-30 minutes.
- Spoon over prepared hot dogs and top with chopped onions if desired.
