- 1/2 Stick butter (melted)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cam creamed corn
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- Milk (according to jiffy mix)
- Pinch of sugar
- Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Dill weed (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Mix Jiffy mix, eggs, milk and a pinch of sugar. Add melted butter, dill and sour cream.
- Spread half the mixture on bottom of buttered 9"x13" pan, top with creamed corn, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese.
- Top with remaining corn bread mixture.
- Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour.
