This is a super easy (top secret) recipe for homemade Bailey Irish Cream. I love it just over some ice, or in my coffee, but I suppose you could also use it for any mixed drink that calls for Baileys. Enjoy.
Ingredients:

1 can sweetened condensed milk

4 eggs
-
8 oz. whiskey (I use Philadelphia)

4 TB cream de cocoa

2 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/3 cup water
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix very well for 3-5 minutes.
