What's better than peanut butter and chocolate together? I agree, not a whole lot. So we decided to make some peanut butter frosting to top our chocolate cupcakes this weekend.

They turned out great! Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 Stick of butter softened (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Beat the butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer at medium speed until blended
- Reduce the speed to low and gradually beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla
- Increase the speed to high and beat for 3 to 5 minutes, until smooth and fluffy
- Spread on cakes, or pipe onto cupcakes
