We have found that his dressing is so easy to make and so delicious. We never buy caesar dressing in a bottle anymore.
Ingredients:
- Juice of 1 lemon (2 Tbs lemon juice)
- 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Place lemon juice, mustard worcestershire sauce, garlic and black pepper in small bowl; whisk until blended.
- Add mayonnaise and sour cream; whisk until smooth.
- While continually whisking, add the olive oil in a thin, steady stream. Continue whisking until blended; stir in parmesan cheese.
- Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Store dressing covered in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
